Here is another video about my ASTRA G MK4 EDITION 100 that cost me £140. Yes I paid only £140. In this video you can see rear axle rebuild plus the result after all is amazing. I slowly can see a massive progress. Lets enjoy the restoration/rebuild with me.

Looking good. I'm not a fan of underseal, I've used Por-15 rubber coating instead, which is more like the original coating. It's over paintable, so ive painted it the same colour as the car, and then sprayed it with lanoguard. Lot more expensive doing it that way though, the por 15 is 35 quid for a 500ml Aerosol can 😮 but it is fast and covers really well, reckon you could do a whole car with three cans.

So do you think the underbody sealer is a bad choice? I find it quite good option but I can be wrong. I am not a mechanic I just learn as long as I go. Thank you for your comment
