Only been watching your videos for a week or so, but I love them. Your knowledge and attention to detail separates you from other channels. Kudos, Mickey.
Coming home from work to open up RU-vid and seeing a video from Throtl and Tj always makes my afternoons worth it. Would love to see an update video on the whole crews current set ups/builds.
Fixing up my 93 Mazda Mx3 right now since I did an engine swap. Mikey I would have to say man watching the FD come to life is exciting and is making me feel pumped to hear my baby purr again.
All good things to those who are patient! The level of detail you go to is top notch! This FD is going to be well worth the wait Mickey! Loving the content!
Subscribed to throttle for a while but ever since the Micky and his FD build has come around I have been hooked. Some Awesome content. All the from the UK. Keep up the good work lads
Hey Mickey.... Gonna use original shift knob, one of TJ's new shift knobs, or YOLO it & surprise us with something else you prefer & like? Really curious of what you get & use. Please let us know & show us. Great vid, & it still amazes me that the end bushing on a shifter is made of plastic & manufacturers don't spend the extra $1-$2 to upgrade those.... Had to rebuild mine in my old Miata had, boot was a mess as well. Thanks again for updates! Cheers, A👍🏻👍🏻😊
Great stuff. I really want an rx7 now. This is my favourite build series on RU-vid. And fav car channel. Nice job Mickey. Lovin it from over in the UK👍
Hey Mickey, hang in there man.... the end results will be stellar and perhaps these setbacks are for a positive reason. You have an awesome attitude for this project and we can see the love pouring into the build. Happy for you man!!
That's exactly as we spect this kind of videos should be, i mean very infornatives about process... those little details which make this hand work awesome... "muy buen trabajo Mike, no puedo esperar a ver un nuevo video con nuevos abances en el RX7" ...👍
Hello MR Mike. I am so foooooking happy I saw TJ,S video of you buying this car. I’m buzzing to see this starting to come together keep up the good work she’s in good hands!
Just a heads up. The shift turret oil is a separate reservoir from the transmission fluid so it won’t be changed when you flush the transmission. You will need to siphon the old oil out through the top if you want to change it. Can’t wait for the next videos. Keep up the good work!
These videos are entertaining but also very informative , I don't even have a foreign car, I have a 2nd gen dodge ram, but still learn shit from these every video
I respect the idea of wanting to restore the car to as it was in the early 2000s "Fast and the Furious" period-correct state and enjoying it for what it is for a while, but I absolutely CANNOT WAIT to see what you do when you start "Phase 2" and go full #MickeySpec on this beast! Part of me is hoping for a full 99-spec exterior conversion, because that's what I like and what I'd do if I had one (hopefully one day). I trust you though. I know that you'll do something equally as epic. Keep up the good work, Mick!
Hey Mick when you're showing a small part that won't focus try holding your hand behind the part. Blocks the background and pulls in focus alot better 👊love how well you explain the walkthroughs I envy your span of automotive knowledge!
Mickey I feel your pain!!! Just got my project fd running and now the engine is at the builder bc of coolant seals and the rotor bearings gone. 4500 bucks gone lol love the videos keep it up give me some motivation
#mickeyspec just wanted to say thank you for giving great content and love watching you guys everyday when I get off work. Keeps me motivated everyday to keep doing legendary moves. Thanks again from Johnson City, Tennessee
