Welcome to another episode in the FIFA 20 Career Mode Rebuilding challenge series! The whole objective of this rebuilding challenge is to see how many seasons it takes through simulation and transfer business to qualify for a Champions League final, it'll then be up to us to put our skills to the test and see if we can complete the job! A few facts about my hometown club Waterford fc. We paly home games in the rsc. We are going through a financial crisis with just one first team player. The owner owns Swindon Town as well and we came fourth in league of Ireland in 2018,our first year back in the league. Almost all the players you started with are now gone like elbouzedi is at Lincoln etc. We should have been in europa league qualifiers for this season but we got kicked out because we rebranded in 2017 and you can't play In European competition until 3 years after the rebrand. This caused us to lose a lot of money. Hope you enjoyed reading this story and glad to share info about my hometown club.

I think you should rebuild a big club like Man City or Barcelona sell all their star players like Sterling,Griezmann,Aguero,Mahrez and Messi and replace them with youngsters like Greenwood, Ansu Fati, Angel Gomes,Brandon Williams,Rodrygo,etc and see how long it takes for them to grow in potential and win the champions league. I did a road to glory with an Irish side in FIFA 19 and had the same problem with transfers. It is because the Irish league is considered too low of prestige for players from the top leagues, such as the Premier League, Bundesliga, Serie A, etc. You can't sign players from those leagues except on release clause. You can sign from lower divisions and smaller leagues. Same thing happens with League Two English sides.

You should rebuild Sivasspor in Turkey, they are current leaders in the Turkish League and they are top all of top 4 teams in Turkey with at least 6 points. But they need a serious rebuild for winning a Champions League.. It could be a good challenge for you
