Sir I think in case of the Topoisomerase portion, Topoisomerase II can introduce negative supercoiling ...Topoisomerase 1 can't... In the video it's written vice versa !...can you pls check and confirm!?

Sir...i have changed my examination center to another city during window correction period but now the csir board havent changed my city of center😢😢😢.what should i do sir as i cannot reach that city.I tried calling and mailing them but lost hope as the board wont reply .I hav been preparing for this exam frm long time and now city center is very far away
