@@breakfastwithtiffany8002 my handlebar got stuck after 2 months of having it and I could not adjust the handlebar anymore, and the company sent out an entire frame for free. Apparently you can’t just get a handlebar replacement you have to get the whole frame replace when your handlebar acts up. I had a wonderful experience dealing with Valco! Great company!
My two front wheels broke at the same time when trying to go up a curb with 2 babies. I am going to contact the company in hopes they make it right. We barely have used it a handful of times. It has to be some design flaw. I have literally put hundreds of miles on the bugaboo when i had only one kid and not only it rode easy and better it withstand everything. I would take a 2 year used bugaboo before this stroller brand new. Let's see if the company makes it right to me.
