Ruto should also resign on Grounds of Ethics and Integrity for bribing MPs to vote “Yes”. That should not be expected of any sitting president of the Republic of Kenya, who is expected to lead by example. This is a very serious issue. His example is Corruption, the very basis of the protests. A scourge in Kenya and A Shame to Kenya locally and oversea. Good Governance must be restored in the country. Kenya deserves better than this.
The framers of the constitution made a grave mistake,by leaving legislation of mps recall, to the same members of parliament.They ought to have laid out mechanisms of such recall and CAST it in stone.Just like chapter 6,it's clear.The Hon.Judge opened the gates for recall,his judgement is an authority that will start to haunt these mps,but most of them are clueless.they can't smell the coffee nor can they see the wall.

He did not appoint relatives and tribesmen to key government positions, and siphon $210m out of the country in a suitcase in broad daylight, and Kenyans did not see a problem with that, then he is OK.
