This was my second time at the show, and this time I was able to attend both Saturday and Sunday. I visited about 60% of the vendor rooms, but as you mentioned in your other video, it can be rather exhausting. Still, time well spent, and I totally agree with what you said about the experience. The guys in the Rotel room are my favorite vendors, just super fun to talk to, and they know how to put together a "budget" system that still sounds fabulous. Other than that, I would say my top three listening experiences happened in the Borresen room (X2 floorstanding speakers), the Elac room (Concentros), and hearing Dead Can Dance's "Yulunga" on the Oracle turntable with the massive Avantgarde Acoustic Duo GTs. I also thoroughly enjoyed Black Ice, Warwick, Western Electric, Margules, and the Black Swan floorstanders (can't remember vendor's name). My favorite room on the second floor was MBL, but it was a bit too crowded to do an extended listening session in there. Cool video!
Thanks for watching! I can't wait to attend the show nest year. I really enjoyed talking and meeting so many great people at the show. And there were a couple of dream-wish-I-could-afford items there I drooled over as well. :)
