Anyone who does any type of remote or distance healing work will know how difficult it is to hold your hands up like that for a whole hour without flagging. The same can be said of gazing into the camera for an hour without "vague'ing" out. Thank you for being such a magnificent holder of space! 🙏💚 I encountered you for the 1st time at the 2022 Reiki Summit. It took me a while to come to your yt channel. But I am glad I now have! I was wondering about that. Like is it a loop? Because I'm a manual laborer and thought I had endurance but that position is really hard for me even for a minute. An hour is quite a feat.

@annvrabel6517 as far as I'm concerned, I genuinely think she holds her hands up like that for an hour at a time. It comes with being a Reiki practitioner, we learn to hold our forearms & palms up for periods of time. Andrea has just taken it to the next level. So no, I personally don't think it's a loop.

I found this at a time when I really needed it. I had this playing repeatedly while I embraced some heartache I was not prepared for. That was most of yesterday. I have so much peace and optimism now! I thought I would continue to hurt forever but I am starting to dream new dreams and pick up the pieces with gratitude. I am so thankful. I will continue this practice regularly.

It is very easy if you have a desktop, you just press on your mouse on the right side , and the loop and various other things would come up, you just tick the loop and the video would be playing for a very long time. I mute the videos, and go off to sleep, by programming my subconscious mind to receive all the healing.

This "found me" automatically after an online Angel class by Kyle Gray... I had been so relaxed during his prayer at the end of his session that I fell asleep and woke up well over an hour later close to the end of this music only RU-vid video of Andrea providing distance reiki. I don't know how the transition happened so smoothly from his online zoom class to this RU-vid clip but I am so wonderfully grateful to my angels that apprently were responsible for this seamless miraclulous occurance... a testimony to love and healing support that can be experienced in the Unified Field of Divine Intelligence! Thank you Andrea 🙏🏽❤ I had done this session before, but somehow ended up doing it again yesterday before I went out and opened my eyes towards the end and saw the words of comfort. I didn't pay much attention to it, but when I was done for the night and getting back, felt a pang of missing that one person to share the good times with. I kept focusing on the goodness and intuitively felt worthy and good in myself and then when I did my Reiki self-healing, it was with so much gratitude to the understanding of connection to source that it was very powerful and also very gentle and assuring. Thank you, Andrea! I slept with this last night. My right HAND, was on fire, with carpal tunnel Syndrome Symptoms... Must have helped cause I was able to fall asleep. Thank you! I will be receiving this daily, cause my knees are now bone on bone & painful, sore & not flexible. In last three weeks, I had to do alit of bending & heaving lifting of boxes & stuff as I prepped for Housing inspection. Absolutely exhausted by last Friday.
