why you have used tow crystal ceramic in HSE and HSI ? using only one in HSE isn't enough ?

Hey Dude, I need to send data in this case a Text file from my Stm32 F446re to a raspberrypi, which are located about 100 meters far from each other. I have a wifi module ESP8266. Is it possible to send txt file via wifi from Stm32? If yes could you explain me how can I start? thanks in advance.
