Thanks bro. This is a great riding mower! No gas, no oil, spark plugs etc. A little pricey, but well worth it. Thanks for watching. Stay safe and healthy. Peace Ps Congrats on your new Greenwotks riding mower! (Smile)

Informative video. I’m toying with the idea of buying one of these as an electric mobility scooter for my mom. Most of those cost this much anyway without the option of cutting grass or towing or pulling anything. Might be a good way to just get around the yard for someone who has trouble walking.

these battery mowers are absolute beasts huh? I am just learning about all the battery stuff out there. I am still a huge gas fan but i am pretty impressed. I bought the 80v chainsaw for a christmas present for my uncle and im dying to see how it works.

@redzone1019 Год назад
The batteries are sweet bro. Lots of power! Hopefully you'll have a better experience than I did with the 80v chainsaw version. The two we purchased had issues. The chain adjuster kept freezing. All the other Greenworks 80v products work great. Thanks for watching. Stay safe and healthy. Peace

Used the 80v chainsaw for four years and loved it. Oil pump went out and small engine guy told me it wasn't worth the expense to repair it. Just bought the newest model of the same chainsaw and it is awesome! Hope to get four years or more out of it also. Beats gas saws, hands down.

Dude I just purchased this new 60 volt Greenworks mower tractor 🚜 and I am selling my old gas ⛽️ troy-Bilt tractor mower my old mower is 15 years old and yes it cost me $260 to $300 dollars a year to maintain that’s not including gas, Built, oil, filters it was great when it was new but time kicked it’s backside I tried to maintain the old gas tracker myself but I am getting old so thats out the window. My Greenworks lawn tractor 🚜 is 60 volts and it cost $4000 dollars it cuts my entire yard back and front I have a corner lot 1/2 acre I use 18 to 19 % of the batteries out of 100% don’t miss understand I keep my grass low and that reduces to torque on the motors giving the batteries a longer run time. I am an ebike rider so I am very familiar with lithium batteries so protect your batteries don’t drain them to zero %, 20% is the lowest I will drain my batteries and they will last you 15 years or more. I chain my machine down to a concrete pad with a log chain just to keep thug Jimmy at bay.

Thanks for confirming why I waited a little longer (price was a big issue) and went with a electric riding mower and not a traditional gas riding mower! This Greenworks electric riding mower was well worth the price tag. I built a special shed, with tow grade chains and an alarm system to keep the thugs out! Not to mention motion cameras surround and alert me of anyone getting within one hundred plus ft of my property. Can't be too careful. This was a serious investment brother. I'm also into ebikes. Can't wait to some warmer weather. (Smile) Thanks for watching. Stay safe and healthy. Peace

Hello, I am looking into getting my first riding lawnmower (its going to be a zero turn for me, the same 42 inch mower) and I have invested into a ton of Greenworks 80 volt tools and batteries and one of the small pains of having lawn tools is right now we have a shed that is a few yards behind our house down a hill that stores the walking 80 volt lawnmower and the two stage snowblower and carrying the batteries down there is a bit of a pain (I only need to carry two but up to three with the 2 stage snowblower), especially to carry 6 batteries (although I could drive it up to the house to with one or two batteries, then put the other 4 or 5 batteries in the mower). One item that I see you have in the video is a 6-battery pack bag that I would love to get but it looks like one doesn't exist online and you got this in a deal with Costco? Right now on the site, I do not see anything on their 12 battery listing one if a bag is included with the riding mower, but you are sure you can still get this bag with them?

My friend just got one of these. He wants to coat the inside of the cutting deck with Slick Plate,I think it's called, to keep the grass from sticking. Is the deck difficult to remove? There are no instructions in the manual I was looking at on line.

Just finished cutting my grass a few hours ago. This thing is great! How does your friend like his? As for removing the cutting deck... I've never tried to remove it myself, but a friend of mine at work removed his. From from what he told me, it's not that difficult. Hopefully this was helpful. Thanks for watching. @@redzone1019 The mechanical part looks easy. I'm not sure about the electrical connection to the motors. I'm hoping there's a trick I'm missing. The connector is not very robust.

@@redzone1019 After some begging and crying I got Greenworks to send me instructions on how to remove the deck. It boils down to the mechanical part is easy but the electrical connection is the hard part. Less than super helpful. How did your friend do it? If you could ask him I'd appropriate it.

Was wondering if you ever added and or changed the gearbox oil. Just watched this other channel video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Vu3alGePe-Y.html and it seems that not many people are aware that it needs to be done. If you have not how many hours have you put on your machine and does it seem like it is running ok without doing that.

Don’t matter what battery 🔋 powered lawnmower you drive or push remember this: Dude buy an extra battery 🔋 batteries need to cool 😎 off before you recharge them this is how you start battery fires 🔥 the battery is hot after you cut you grass and when you recharge it, it gets even hotter 🥵 I know you might not understand the battery chemistry 🧪, but understand even with good quality batteries a fire 🔥 can happen, let your batteries cool 😎, second don’t let your batteries freeze 🥶 in the garage or over heat in a constantly hot 🥵 garage or shed that could Affect the battery chemistry and start a fire 🔥. Take care of your batteries 🔋 like a baby and please don’t drop them a damaged battery can start a fire 🔥. Now that I have scared the crap 💩 out of you get a second battery 🔋 so you can let your first one rest and cool 😎 down for about 2 1/2 hours like a good battery 🔋 baby daddy.
