I am rely thinking why Mr Penpa Tsering la has been expelled from his post as representative of His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Tibet. I listened his speech at that WASHINGTON with Kaydor and I am feeling very sad that we Tibetans lost a real energetic and patroitic leader because of conspiracy of few people in the CTA cabinet. At that occasion Mr Kaydor only criticized lots but did not give the details. First he said he is hopeful because of many youths are high educated but later he criticized lots without naming anyone.
