Honestly I believe commercial office space will se a bounce back once TCJA sunsets. Congress will have to allow businesses to reimburse commuting. This will incentivize employees to commute to the office.
How do i go about buying equipment in my business name? Do I loan the money to my company then buy a laptop, etc?i am currently doing lyft as an independent contractor. Do i use my personal credit card to buy a MacBook then write it off as a business expense for myself as a contractor, separate from doing businesses in my llc?
