Plum dumplings of cottage cheese dough
Raw materials:
Dough: 1 soft whole cream 1 egg 1 tablespoon oil 1/2 vanilla sugar pinch of cinnamon, pinch of salt 1 larger cup of semi-flour 2 tablespoons baby groats 0.5 glasses of milk Filling: 22 pitted plums
For sprinkling: hard cottage cheese grated melted butter cane sugar
Method:
Put curd, eggs and mix into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, flour, meal and mix.
Pour in a spoonful of oil and a few tablespoons of milk and mix in the dough, do not stick to the bowl, if it sticks, add the semi-flour until the dough is supple and sticks.
Put the dough on a line or roll, sprinkled with semi-coarse flour and roll, we can lightly dust the flour from the top side. When the dough is about 3 mm thick, we start to cut the squares about 8 cm x 8 cm with a knife or a pizza slicer. Put plums (pitted and dried) on them and wrap the dumplings.
Put the water in the pot while the water is boiling, put the dumplings and wait for the water to boil again, then let the dumplings boil for 10 minutes and we are done.
