A call is received at Troop B Communications advising of a reckless driver on Heber Springs Road (AR-25) near Locust Grove. Cpl. M. Woodward (B-40) intercepts the vehicle at US-167/AR-25 in Southside (Independence County).

At one point in his life though, he probably was a bad*** on the level of Tpr. Byrd or Tpr. Davis or my personal favorite (Tpr. Escamilla) over in Troop "A". But agreed, he does sound like he is out of breath.. I do like his folksy drawl and approach. Seems in line with the counties of Troop "B".
