These prefabricated small community homes were built on The Quarry Build lot in Evergreen Harbor. This abandoned Quarry was reclaimed & repurposed. Each home has a different craft that your sims can learn to be self employed, just add a selling table and earn money. The electronics & hot tub can all be upgraded further minimizing the eco footprint . The quarry waters are shallow and have been cleaned & filtrated, so no worries about your sims' safety. You can use the rent option from DU and/or lock your doors accordingly.
Use bb.moveobjects right before placing.
Packs: Eco Lifestyle, Discover University, Island Living, Seasons, City Living, Get Together, Dine Out, Spa Day, Tiny Living, Laundry Day Stuff, Cool Kitchen Stuff, Perfect Patio Stuff.

mind blowing. it often seems like you’re constructing a residential lot for another life simulation video game.-your style is so original, and each unit has its own personality. very impressive.

I’m confused by the fact that you don’t have more followers than you do. Your Sims builds are by far more exceptional than the other “top” builders with huge channels. You deserve all the praise and we are not worthy. Please consider doing a save file! 👸🏻

@@chellebean8925 I completely agree!! Been following her when she has a couple thousand and couldn't figure out why she wasn't already at 200K. I've noticed other builders stealing her storytelling style at the end of their videos. It's not right but in the end @Schnuck channel blow up like it truly deserves.

I think the reason is that is stop motion .. I prefer the speed builds to stop motion. I feel like I get more out of seeing it being build than just the finished product. - then I could just spend a few minutes to look at some pictures.

I've just ran across your channel and have watched at least 3 of your builds, and I must say, I am impressed.. as someone else mentioned, I love how you name each piece of art, furniture etc. you even show your viewers that you play test your lots by using sims to interact with things that have game play function and that's huge for me.. because there's nothing worse than having a creator just plop down a build on the gallery only to find that it isn't that playable simply because they were too lazy to play awhile and iron out routing issues, or things that were not "functionable".. that is a deal breaker for me .. I agree with others, you deserve more likes and followers.. so here's one more on me.

Aww thank you! That means a lot - I play test all my builds extensively and build with a sim on the lot, I feel that a build might be amazing looking, but if it don't work, it's worthless.

Thank you so much! Yes, T.O.O.L is a mod for PC players. I like Eco Lifestyle a lot, I did do a play challenge of starting homeless with 0 Simoleans and made money off of dumpster diving - I enjoyed that, but I also though I got rich way too fast =)

What do you play on PC or console? If on PC use bb.showliveeditobjects, Filter for Eco Lifestyle and type world fence into the search field, You will have to scroll through the items.

If you have Discover University Expansion Pack you can have 'roommates' . The game has never really had a rental option, if you want multiple sims to live on a lot yet live in their own designated area you have to click on the doors and use the door locks.

They were made by having a sim photograph or paint a cc picture. The end result was a picture that didn't flag your build as CC and would be in the build if downloaded. All the windows are from Eco Lifestyle, you might need bb.showhiddenobjects on to see all of them if you're not seeing them all. I think the window you're talking about is called 'There might be a squirrel outside '.

They probably are my builds that people have reuploaded and didn't remove my hashtag from the description, most of the time you can see this is the info box "original by".. This is still on my gallery - make sure you have 'hide reported content' unchecked and search by my EA ID schnuck01, click on my name to get to my page and view catalog - use filters on the right for lot size 40x30.
