At the end you talked about checking the fluid level by removing that other bolt. Just curious why you didn't actually check it to make sure the level is straight? You re-installed the cover so you must be very confident it wasn't over serviced.

Does the fluid temp matter when you are checking for proper fill? For a Nissan the FSM has a specific CVT temperature you have to attain while you check, and you check the overflow while the engine is running.

Are there two places that fluid could be filled? I have a 2019 Accord EX-L and there is the plug you pulled out toward the front left but there is also a similar plug between the air cleaner and battery and that one is label HCF-2.

I have a quick question. I replace my transmission fluid on my 2020 honda accord sport 1.5t. I remember on the 2013-2017 honda accord models because beofrr i had a 2017 honda accord sport2.4l, after replacing the transmission fluid, it was always necessary to check the fluid, by 1st turning on the car and then shifting the gears from D all the way to Park. And then checking the transmission fluid level by loosening the 12 mm bolt 🔩 underneath the transmission, and seeing if any fluid comes out and it NO FLUID comes out at all means the transmission fluid is Low on fluid and if too much fluid keeps coming out, then it's means that there's too much transmission fluid and some fluid needs to be removed. I'm just wondering IF THAT IS THE SAME concept on the 2018-2022 honda accord models? Because I have a 2020 honda accord sport 1.5t
