Be conscious always and be aware of your self all the time. then only we will come to know when disagreement/ leaking of energy happening or not. otherwise we will not even have hint or notice leakages. For that I feel holding one self and practice to be aware of one's self always is the way, but practice is difficult at first stage. Understanding two inner self talking (voices) rakshasa and deva always in side our mind and should do samudra of thoughts to be manthan/ churn continuously to experience amruth at the end.

The damaged mitochondria in the damaged cells allows the deuterium and hydrogen ratio to get out of balance and cancer will grow…..
