Every indian cities has lots of new food, not all indian food are vegetarian , in fact 70% indian are non-vegetarian, at Hyderabad its chicken or mutton biryani, at Gujarat kathiawadi thali or pure veg Gujrati Jain thali without onion garlic, at Lucknow it's several chicken , mutton kebabs like tunde kabab , at Amritsar lassi , chole Vhature, butter chicken, tanduri chicken at Kolkata biryani , fish items & sweets, at Jammu or Kashmir roganjash, at Rajasthan daal bati, bhujia, ghevar, laddu , laal mas, safed mas, (mutton, jhatka meat), ....etc

Chapati, Roti, Paratha nd Rice are like the STAPLE Everyday foods. S India has lots of variety for Veg and also Non-Veg. Vegetarian is the better Healthy way to go.

What?? That thali costs $60? Even though the food looks yummy, I have to say it's way too overpriced. You can get the same thali elsewhere in India for much less. Just an example, check out this huge Rajasthani thali ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-AbZj1NB5YKE.html It has 30 dishes, food is so yummy and costs a little less than $10 for each person. Seriously, that $60 thali is overpriced, imo
