Hi Vance - yes, the stickers come off very easily here and they make sure of that. It is a nice shop, though I haven't really shown much of it. It's kind of haphazardly organized at times, but that's fine with me as long as they've got the good stuff!
Hey Gary - oh yeah, there are many good albums in this batch that I would have liked to pick up, check out, and BUY! (And not just Beatles)....but I have to take a break. Which is why I traded an LP here instead of bought! I hope you enjoy Macca and let us know how it goes.
My copy of "Live At The Star Club" has those red stripes on it... As far as I'm aware, it's British, but only because I'm British and I got it over here. I know there are a lot of variants of that record.
Hi Joe! I've been watching all your posts recently. Great that you're posting so much these days. Enjoying them all but this one has me wanting to join you in some record digging. I saw a few items there that I wanted to say stop! pick that one up and check it out! Oh well. Too many to bother you with. Thanks for posting this and all your other updates. I've been watching on my TV so it's hard to comment right away. Seeing Macca tomorrow night. Take care. Gary.
I'd have kept all things BUT I don't have it already so a great trade. I would have loved that Red Rose Speedway or Weird Scenes inside the Goldmine.....
Hey Joe, I just saw this video, years after the fact. You made a great trade on more than one level. first off, as you say, you have an original. But secondly, those 180g ATMP's were lousy pressings. I had bought one online and returned it...lots of snap, crackle and pops. My original sounds newer. See ya!
Batty Forbats - This video was recorded several years ago, when the BBC album was still desirable in Vinyl. If I was making this decision today, I wouldn't have done the trade.
I much prefer collecting studio albums and singles. I'm amazed at the amount of good stuff you find in just a small section of the store, in England we have to wade from so much rubbish before you find something you might consider. Ogden's Nut Gone Flake......wow, original or not
