I know them feels. Had my ZX2 for about 12 years, gone through 4 transmissions and finally put an LSD in it. Parts are getting hard to find but luckily a lot of Escort GT and Mazda parts fit the car.

my first car was an 85 escort and i had a 91 later on so a few years ago i was looking for a new car so I decided on the zx2. I was told not to build my zx2, but I just want to, so I have been.

This car wouldn't happen to have run at a VMSC autocross in October 2014 would it? It looks very familiar...and I think it was missing the front bumper at the time.

What size volk's are those? I'm looking for something to put on my 03 zx3 SVT Focus. I need a 4 bolt pattern 17" rim. I love the volk rims, but have been having trouble finding something with a 45mm offset and a 4 lug bolt pattern.

.I had a 2003 escort I turbo'd it ,then after that nothing but problems came!!. Tranny died,the indoor car light stopped working,alternator died,then the gasket needed to be replace all for 211 hp .he did a engine swap!?. or did the 1997-2002 ford zx2 always come with the zetec2.0 dohc engine!?. because my friend has the sedan escort from 2000 ,it has the slower engine the 2.0 Sp1000 ,115 HP -125 tq .Also I believe the zetec comes 130 HP!. Which is the reason why this car can't go past 200 hp or the engine light will come on .
