I think I’m not the only one wondering how many failed takes we don’t get to see. How much did you prepare beforehand before recording the song takes and accompanying video? A behind the scenes/making of the making of/blooper reel would be awesome! Keep up the good work.

Can you share what brand of drums you have and what mic you use to record them? I'm loving how flexible and organic your setup is. Thanks for sharing your process!
The drums are a bit of a mix. The snare is from the ludwig breakbeats kit. The hihat and tom I got off craigslist, I think it's sabian and westbury. Honestly it's all like budget stuff. The tom sounds pretty bad on its own but with the cloth it's half decent. I just use a single SM57 mic that I move around.
