Thank you for this. It's just what I needed to set up an efficient Records Management system for my organisation. It answered a lot of questions I've been pondering when it comes to the classification of records, their use, suitable retention periods when to consider them being archived or even being destroyed (Destruction of records is something I've never been too big on but now understand the need for)
