I can't get into my account. I'm not getting a verification code after putting in my phone number and it gives the option to check other verification methods but that does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Now I can't play all my games that are linked to my epic games account because when I try to unlink and link to new account it takes me to my locked xbox account to sign into but I can't sign into it, you wanna know why? I couldnt get my account back. I was able to recover the account for like a second and then all of a sudden I was kicked out again and it said that my email account was changed even though I changed the email on this account completely and I changed the password. I can’t get in anymore and can’t do this trick again.

HELP!! Your directions were spot ON but I keep getting stuck when I am asked to submit my 6-digit authentication code that I do not have. Last week I tried to change my password and was asked for the 6-digit code ( i don't know it) and have submitted my license to confirm my identity 3 times already. 24 hours later, I get an email telling me to click on a link and use the temporary password provided and then it asks for my 6-digit code again. This is so frustrating! Any ideas??

am having an absolute same issue from last 24 hrs. have tried all the possible methods but non of them work. I have a query, and I've combed the Internet trying to find an answer, without success. I only own one device, a desktop computer. I do actually have an old fashioned mobile phone, (i.e. not a smart phone) but I don't remember facebook ever asking me for the number. Yesterday, a technical assistant from a voluntary organisation worked on my computer remotely, and accidentally did something which made facebook no longer recognize my password as correct.I can no longer get into my account. I've tried to change the password several times… they send a code to my e-mail, and that's fine. However when I enter the code and put in the new password, it comes up that they are going to send some kind of notification to my"second devise". However, because it seems obvious that they've never asked me for my "dumb phone" number, that's it… I don't hear any more and it's a dead end. I'm still unable to reconnect to facebook and don't know where to go from here. Any suggestions?

Be sure that the one who asked your password is not phising site, secondly, yes there are times that fb will ask it for verification...anyway, just click forgot pass...if this doesn't work, well kindly message the customer service for sure they can restore your account

Please, make video when we don't have code from Google Authenticator, but Facebook want this code.
