not working the recovary mode cant escape, same process is repeated. so sad

I neeed help My phone was low on storage and i rebooted now it won't open is there any way i can delete certain files or apps to get it to reboot, its not even whiping out entire data which is a last resort Plz help if you know any way

MAYBE THIS WOULD HELP YOU GUYS: my mobile phone was full of apps and videos etc and suddenly it appears this menu (the one which appears on this video) on my phone. First I tried to "online update", you need to have a wifi nearby (and try to be the only user conected on it to get more coverage). In my case the mobile, after being connected in the wifi it only says that "PROMPT: all the data is left" or something like that. In this case go back to the main menu and try to switch on the mobile phone selecting "reboot" and if you have some seconds to get into your mobile, unistall one app as fast as you can (cliking on the symbol and then straight on cliking on "uninstal" ) is the fastest way to erase something before the mobile phone went off again. That have been my case, I could get into my main menu and write my pin code and pasword and I had some seconds to erase anything, wathever you can erase, do it and then the mobile phone is going to keep switched on. I hope it helps to someone. :) (Sorry about my english jajajajajajaja)
