I head out for my first ride after my crash. My back is still a bit tight but much better and finally pain free.

Thank you! Looking forward to more riding this summer. I should have some video ready soon of my trip to the Okanagan Valley. Great trails out that way.

Thanks!! The weather has been awesome lately. Felt good to get back on the bike after some rehab on the back. My shoulder still needs a bit of work but it’s getting there!
