I am always so happy to see a video from you. It's been close to ten years that I've been subscribed to you (initially on a different user name) and you were an influencing factor for me in getting into therapy when I was in my late-teens. After years of misdiagnosis, I finally was diagnosed with Bipolar II and appropriately treated. Thank you for all that you've shared on RU-vid over the years. I'm very glad to see that you're doing relatively well, ED recovery-wise.

It is really good to see you. I stop by here occasionally looking for Carolyn and today I found her, Good for you! You are coming back into your own. There is no wealth but life. And you are looking alive. Congratulations! One can travel this world and see nothing. To achieve understanding it is necessary not to see many things, but to look hard at what you do see.
Glad to hear your mental health has improved so much, well done you. Sorry to hear that other things are becoming difficult again, but hopefully that stuff works out too.
