I decided to get out on a foggy morning and get some practice time in on the Legend. Today I am practicing with changing recovery speed and coil sweep speed. The higher the recovery, the faster you can sweep, you will lose some depth, but the sound and size are pretty close to what the item is. The lower the recovery, the slower you should sweep, you may gain depth, items seemed to sound louder and bigger. You will lose the separation that the Legend is famous for as well. But based on your location, make the determination of what settings are best, and the only way to learn is with practice. So I hope this video helps you out, and I have included the display numbers as I make the finds, it seems to help some of the viewers. Let me know what you think, or if you have favorite settings based on a park, or a field, or even a creek. Thanks for watching and get out there and create some adventures! -Jeff
