12:49 don't worry your layout was indeed correct and you have to separate one part from the other because there is actually a secret room with a safe in the bump out part of the house

insomnia, just so you know, in 5:50 u used basic shapes to do the thingy contecting to the roof, when you could have just went a floor higher and put a fence there, also the basic shape made it more expensive

when i replicate builds i start with the rooms and finish with the exterior, honestly it works best for me but i hope you find what works for you

That house had a secret, if you pressed the cactus 🌵 plant in the third floor and then there would be an opening and then there is a safe ! But I loved the video ❤
