For getting more ab crunch, you can move the legs to give the illusion it has more ab crunch. So the legs will be twisted a little forward

@@eradic I’ve done with other poses in the past, but I couldn’t seem to raise the leg any higher on Gwen without messing up the rest of the leg pose.
