Recreating JESUS from the Shroud of Turin (short)

@Zach.1809 Jesus was not an ordinary man of any ethnicity but conceived by the divine light so like the shroud image has a unique look which shows some influence from his mother of course but something else far more majestic and supernatural.

Where did your see in the Bible he had blue eyes and blonde hair. The word of God says his hair was of wool. He was not described as tall at all. He had darker complexion brown eyes and wooly hair. In the book of Mathew, Joseph took Jesus and Mary to Egypt to keep Jesus safe from king Herod who wanted to kill him. Where is Egypt dear? It is in Africa. Sorry, no white person has enough melanin in their skin to turn as dark as the Bible says he was he was. You have to be a person of color! Do you see how light i am? @@fedup745 you don't have to like his portrayal. But maybe you should look at where you got this idea of how Jesus would have acted in daily life. Do you think Jesus never joked or smiled? I'm not sure what you mean by "kingly" and "regal". He is King of Kings, but why does he have to act like some cliche stereotype of some king of England, full of pomp and pride and arrogance? Are the accents in the show bad sometimes? I guess. Again, you don't have to like it, but that's not a reason to have such hatred for it. Is the dialogue scripted? Yeah obviously. And is there dialogue that's not in the bible? Yeah obviously. The show is very clear that they aren't The Bible, they aren't scripture, and they are dramatizing the events and expanding on characters in a realistic but ultimately fictional way. I don't think it's "putting words in Jesus' mouth" because they aren't claiming to be portraying the actual words of Jesus. They're very clear on that. Again, you don't need to like the show. I don't care. Don't watch it. But this irrational hatred towards it is totally unjustified. The show is respectful to scripture, it is one of the best portrayals of Jesus and the apostles ever made on tv or movies, and is leading people to Christ and leading them to read the Bible. If your biggest problem is that they show Jesus "not acting regal", I think you need to look inward and look at yourself and your own preconceived ideas of how you think Jesus would have acted, and where those ideas come from. I don't think you're getting them from scripture.
