Awesome. I think you are very experienced in creating music (or recreating, as you wish). Also, this video looks to me like some sort of speedrun, when you perfectly remember what to do and what instruments to use (do not consider EQ and pitches, because it's almost impossible to remember it perfectly) and repeat it only from memory.

Hey this has nothinng to do with the video but i need help. For some reason when i use note slide (you know, when you double tup the note and choose slide), the slide dosn't work in the megical 8bit plugin and nes vst... like.., the sliding note dosn't even make a sound. Can anyone tell me why and maybe help me.. pls... BTW very nice recreation, i personaly think it's 99% accuret, maybe a little heavy on the reverb in some parts tho but still, now it's time to "ctrl - c" "ctrl - v" every single clicked you made, lol. ;), jk.

Hey, welcome to 3rd party plugins, these cant use slide notes for who knows reason but, you could try making a directwave instrument by right clicking in the channel rack and using the directwave version instead which supports slide notes, hope you find this helpful!

In reality, it changes the synths with arpeggiators and some of them don't have built in tempo, it also affects the delay effects time that are not in milliseconds, and I'm probably missing more stuff Also the portamento works differently, less tempo means less smoothness for the slides in some plug-ins

I don't remember pattern 15 being anywhere near this prominent in the song. I feel as if there is also a little too much reverb in your recreation as well, but other than those two major differences that i noticed, you did an amazing - not to mention, unreplicable - job at completely rebuilding the song from the ground up. it has been 6 months since I brought this up, and STILL can't patch the dang thing. To summarize, I run rvpatcher.exe, The patcher tells me to "press patch and kiss my arse goodbye", The patcher runs, "all done, enjoy", I run FL, and open the VST, "thank you for evaluating this program", etc. is it patched or not? compared to the patcher and the VST, I'm getting conflicting results. Edit: I would contact you on discord but I can't seem to find you in any servers, which means I'd have to add you as a friend before doing so

it is not free but it has a trial version where the only limit is that you cant reopen whatever you make with it. the software isnt too expensive though, and you get all the updates without extra cost forever

This is very impressive and accurate but its just funny cos when i listen to the final product it feels a bit uncanny valley since it's almost there but not quite 😂. I think the lead synth has a bit too much reverb and the orchestral hits might be a bit too loud

@@SpiderTrans101 I know you wrote that 2 months ago but still, i'm also on trial mode so, here are some few things I do inorder to recreate a song. 1: You don't need to recreate all the song at once, just do it in small parts until you feel confident to put it all together. 2: If there is a setting you used or somthing you wanna/need to remember, you can always take screen shots and write down numbers, (this is especially usefully in EQ) 3: Record your Flp... Just so it could give you motivation to go further and do it better this time. (Sry for the long and late reply)

If you'll look at the setting the "megdrumcomo" and the one he use are the same, just a setting too high, wich he fixed (look closly) so don't worry ;) (Sorry if this was confusingly worded)

I actually find it easier haha, mostly when making the drum pattern because there are a lot of fast notes so it gets easier instead of making half notes
