Hey party people! Today's school lunch video I am sharing with you a replica of my daughter's private school lunch menu! Avalina has been talking about how her school lunch is so much better / cooler / more appetizing than whatever I pack for her... sooo... haha I did this! Boom. In her face. lol

Love this concept! My son came home from school last week and casually told me I owe the cafeteria ladies $18. I pack his lunch everyday, and he eats it. Turns out he had also been buying lunch for a week and a half! I can’t compete with Nachos Grande! Lol.. So I might as well make my own!

This was an awesome idea :) It’s so neat to see the health differences from school lunch to home packed lunches. I would love to see a container video. I just bought new containers because I was bored of the Rubbermaid ones after 3 years but I’m not sure I like the new ones. I’m looking into getting Bentgo kids boxes. They look a little bigger than the Yumbox. Thanks!

Wow that’s expensive for school lunch. Ours is 3.75 Canadian a day, so about 2.89 American. Great ideas in the video!

In my school ( I go to a private school) school lunches are $7.50 a day. That is about $1,200 a year.

$6.50?! And people pay that 🤦🏻‍♀️. That’s absolutely ridiculous, I feel guilty when I go through a drive-thru and the meal is $6.50 😆. I’m sorry but I feel like that’s highway robbery. My kid won’t even eat the school lunches, he tells me all the time the kids want his food. Now their lunches are $2...so maybe that’s why he won’t eat it!

Great week! Even though it cost a lot of time, these lunches were so much more successful than others! The girls ate so much more. Seems like a good way to go, especially if you can find similar but less time consuming options!

For $6.50 they best be getting something insane for lunches! My friend works at a public school in a ritzy area and the staff gets free, chef prepared, school lunch every day and she said it's really good.

They better get filet mignon for $6.50!!! When I was in private school, they just had restaurants bring in food. Like chick fil a and Pizza Hut. I wish we had filet mignon and fresh salmon in elementary school. Also y’all are my neighbors to the west! I am from Orlando :)

6.50 is a lot per day and each kid. But they sound better than most bought school lunches. I always pack but my kid doesn't get that much time to eat.That was such a good mom to take the time to make those lunches for your kids.

Yeah lol. My mother in law works at a school and she told me she was glad i made my daughter's lunch because the school lunches were a bunch of canned food and greasy meat. We wouldn't want the meat anyways since we are vegetarians but they sound gross.

Is raw capsicum weird in the U.S? I used to go to school with raw red capscicum and marg sangers. Make cucumber sanger fingers as well. Compared to vegemite I was cool shit ha ha. Anywho past Kim. Waiting for a new upload. All the other yt mums n stuff r crapping me off yanoe. :) thanks tc bye.

Most of those meals are not worth $6.50. especially the hotdog lunch. That's taking advantage of the parents. But hey, I'm sure the pros outweigh the cons at their school. 🏫 Cute lunch boxes btw! Your husband is hilarious 😆

Raw bell peppers are my #1 favourite vegetable of all time, I eat them almost every day. Theyre so sweet, I dont know why they have such a bad reputation.

haha enough I guess! They also offer other options - always a sandwich in place of hot lunch, salad, fresh fruit.. etc. so if they don't like salmon or whatever is on the menu they have options :)
