The chemistry that radiates between you both radiating and heart warming. You both flow like water as if you were two streams that met, connect and now flow as one beautiful river. Through the whole dance you both were connect even when spaces from each other. But it didn't feel like your being seperated more so... Like a extension of each other. A beautiful dance indeed!
Nah keep the most intimate moments of your life/partnership private. Especially if you're famous I can imagine keeping some stuff out of the limelight. Every story gets picked up by the tabloids. Basically your engagement will be used to sell adds..

This is my point: Each person needs to set standards for themselves and once we start lowering the bars, we've given the other person nothing to hope or look forward too. I believe in doing thing upright and godly. Sadly, some ppl are caught up in this plight... I really don't think there is any reason for him to waste her time, if I were her, I'd have moved on a long time ago! But she has to make that choice. Either he really loves her and will do the right thing in asking for her hand (and not wait ten years again to solidify it matrimonially), or set her free to be loved by someone else out there who will value her and love her for the beautiful person she seems to be instead of "chaining" her to his ankle. It's not right, its a crying shame. But, its there business. I pray she marries the right guy. Blessings on you Freebird!
Men....this is how it goes. Men take the advantage of the love of women...and when they men someone younger etc just move on, and without marriage it is easier but despite marriage most men cheat. So horrible.

OH. MY. GOD. The movements are so perfect. I have never seen a dancer move with such definition, every step clean, crisp, and locked. Watching the two of you dance was an emotional experience..thank you!!

I'M SURE they are both very sweet people and good to each other but honestly it still looks too early for marriage. Definitely should lay off the pushy comments and let people live their life naturally and peacefully. They're still getting to know each other. When someone is going fast or pushy, that's a BIG red flag.

That was beautiful, you two. I loved Dancing with the stars but have missed the last season and probably more, because of my sister having health problems and my time was not my own. Derek, I am in love with your dancing and always dreamed of being a dancer, but it never happened. My mother used to tell me that she was not sure I would live if I could not get to a dance floor at least once a week. As kids we actually danced holes in our carpet if there were no dances for a while. I am now 76 and still like to dance, but now I am alone in life and do not get the chance. Thanks for taking the time to read this (If you have LOL) You made me feel young again. I always say that my body is trying to tell me I am getting old, but my heart says I am still a young woman.

This was fun to watch. I've always thought since DWTS that Derek has incredible talent as a choreographer and a special way of moving that seems to come/start from his soul and flow to his limbs. But the pure joy filling his smile and shining on his face in this dance was different, no portraying here, just pure enjoyment, and made the dance, if that's possible, even better. May you both never loose that joy and share decades of dancing fun in the future. Hayley's dancing is amazing, I wished I had followed her journey in dance, but I didn't watch SYTYCD, so missed out. My husband has always sang it to me because I had a hip replacement 3 years ago at 29, so the opening lyrics "when your legs don't work like they use to before..." have a very literal meaning to us. I always loved Derek and his fantastic,superb dancing skills! He deserved every mirror ball,and more! He evokes Fred & Gene! His choreography in every dance he's done every season was mind blowing! My parent's were Arthur Murray dance teachers back in the day .... They fell in love doing the tango... And had 3 of us and we all danced as a family .....and taught .... A wonderful life , indeed ......❤
