I just can't believe in an episode where they spend this much on the food they didn't have Josh prepare it. This is why I think Mythical Kitchen was a bad idea cause he's not available for important episodes like these which were his speciality.
@@Jaqen-HGhar DUDE YES. I've never really cared when they had any other "mythical chef's" prepare the food. It never looks as great and it always leaves something to be desired. Josh would have made these look fantastic and probably would have tasted better.

I am a dad and we have a $30 Buzz Lightyear bubble machine from Disney World (that does the same thing as a $1 bubble machine!!!) that is now lost and probably leaking somewhere in a random closet.

I love the way Link gets so upset about guessing a cupcake was $41, yet when they tried the Disneyland Star Wars food, they didn’t bat an eyelid, but that’s the sorta prices you look at when you go there haha
@@waldohall3078 Even if they make thousands from every video, they have a huge staff. That's a lot of salaries to have to pay. Would you like to tell an employee "I'm sorry, we'll have to 'back pay' you because we spent your salary on an ice cream sundae"?
obviously it would cost more for even more ingredients but i think it would be a good idea to make the same dish but with like everyday store bought ingredients and see if the price for the expensive ingredients is worth it
Idk why but Link so genuinely going “This looks better to me!” at the Mythical Kitchen’s cupcake made me a little emotional. Food is a love language and saying ur employees’ (and friend’s) food looks better than a $1,000 cupcake is love, y’all.
