Do I have to get the same ielts score that I had during when I first received NOI for oinp or a slight lower ielts score will work since I already have the nomination now.

In that case try to stay closer to downtown or in downtown. But just now downtown is not a place to raise kids. You will witness homeless activities that you kight not feel safe at times. But on the other hand downtown is commercial, a lot happening around, lively, accessibility is amazing and would have a lot more rental accomodation options than anywhere else
