Good tips, this is a very important topic for recruiters/ But at 1:36 when she says it's a red flag if their resume is "too catered to their job description" I don't really understand what she's trying to say there, or why that's a problem. Sounds like she would turn away an expert in their field. Didn't really get what she meant there.

This was helpful. I think it's very difficult for recruiters especially now in 2023 because there are a lot of people who has never worked who simply wants to get in the front door of the company that they have applied too.
