Recumbent Trike Weight Loss (i lost 43 pounds) 

Way to Go! Well i have a few goals this year. Losing 50 lbs is one. So far signed up for (3) 50 mile rides and (1) 66 mile ride. All set to do on my eCat Dumont. I never rode a 2 wheel bike 75 miles in 1 weekend but I did that my first weekend with my trike!

I am 81 and bought an old inexpensive custom trike to see if I like it. Had to do a few repairs but like it and need to loose 40 pounds and get the exercise. My first impression is the trike sure beats a stationary recumbent bike. I now get outside and like it. Your weight loss video is great advice. Thanks for sharing your journey!

I started Weight Watchers again and started exercising more because I want to retire in 7 years and want to camp more. I just got a new Terra Trike EVO and love it. Thank you for this video!

I've dropped 30 and on my way to 40! For the second time in my life. Need to work on the upper body!😮

I have had my TerraTrike Charge EVO for 8 months now, and have lost 80 lbs in that time. I am comfortable riding with the PAS level 2, and shifting to the appropriate level on the derailleur side - the only times I bump it up to Level 3 is (1) if there is a steep hill or (2) if I need to catch up with the other riders. I also carry about 20 lbs on my trike (first aid kit, tool kit, extra battery, 2 different locks, a small dog biscuit container - Walmart brand - I don't want to hurt the dogs, but rather make them sick. Sometimes I wonder if that is too much stuff).

I'm impressed! Over those 60 days and after you got into it, what was your average miles per day or per week? Average speed?
