Where do you dispose the carbon ashes? And how about the exhuast gas from burning, where does it goes? Or how do you confine it?

So you burn gas or gasoline to convert plastic in oil and fuel instead producing new plastic or chemicals for plastic regeneration. 1) Some kind of plastics generate dioxine: how do you eliminate it? 2) By pyrolysis (or cracking) you obtain alkenes, not alkanes needed for fuel; so to get alkanes you must use hydrogen and catalyst in a secondary reactor. 3) The crude product needs fractional distillation purifiering the alkenes, separated for molecular mass. 4) Where do you put the residual tar? 5) How many is the energetic balance between consumed energy and the final product? 6) Which kind of plastic do use? Also halogenated polymers?
