I love stuff like this. Our fence recently blew over and I took some pickets and turned them into a segmented bowl and gave it to the neighbor we share the fence with. This is why I love woodworking.
Same with metal I love people on RU-vid turning rusty junky looking metal into cool knives and things. Wish one of the RU-vidrs would answer my comment my grandma has this old rusty piece of metal in her garden she doesn’t need just sitting in a bin now I wish it could become a sword lol
To take a neglected gate post and give the wood a purpose again by creating 5 pieces of art was an absolute pleasure to watch! You've smashed it out of the park again Andy! Well done and thanks mate. 👏
Alright Andy, you not only created several masterpieces, you composed a symphony! All of these pieces are like movements of the symphony, each with its own timing and personality. I would love that 1st movement you composed! Bravo Maestro Bravo!!
Mama Mia! I saw an old useless piece of fence post. You looked at it, did your magic and turned that old fence post into 4 amazing pieces of art! Absolutely stunning! Bravo!
I saw most of these the first time round, but it was great to see them all together and their huge diversity. I have a droopy pot of coriander in my kitchen just like that one!
I've seen all of these gate post projects already ... and I've just watched them again and thoroughly enjoyed them again ... still find it amazing the number and the variety of the piece you made from this one post ... simply superb👍
Enjoyed watching the individual fence post projects, Andy, and because of this compilation of all five, an opportunity to choose favorites presents itself. Thanks for that! My favorites are #2 followed by #4. A thumbs up for each of them! 👍👍
Dang Andy! Your creative spirit is so amazing. So uplifting to watch you create. Your Grout carving made me laugh so much. Love watching your precesses. Thanks for sharing yourself in this way.
Andy, the genius behind your exquisite work is your vision for what is to be. I see an ugly old piece of firewood, but you see a beautiful turning. I envy that vision.
The first one with the resin was the best, the last one could’ve been good as Frankenstein, it had the resemblance straight off, great work all the same, very talented.👍🏻
Absolutely beautiful! That was amazing to watch. Thank you for your time, and for sharing the process of your vision. Your talent and skills are greatly appreciated. 👍🤟🪡🎨
All five pieces are magnificent! Such beautiful creativity and talent. I want the Groot planter really badly, actually I would love to own all five pieces!
Thanks Andy. It’s unbelievable what can be created from wood fit for the skip. Thanks again for all the time and effort you put into making your content.👍
I had no idea that your artistic ability exceeded woodturning to this degree where you are able to make Groot. I'm no artist and can't really describe what I'm thinking very well, but while I feel like all of your work is art, your Groot sculpture goes into what I would consider a skilled artist.
This video is Soooooo amazing... I love everything an learned so much. I can't imagine how many years it took to get there! The skill level of knowing where to hold tools can't be as simple as you make it look.
