France on tiny map is so OP lol Chrono Legioneer is important on this map. You can use him to remove your own paratroop-airport to make space for new building. You can also temporarily attack your own oil for protection from airstrikes. What's the map name?

I think you played a bad game. You did not build the building to sell soldiers and tanks for the Yuri race. If you had done that, you wouldn't have a money problem. Also, you built soldiers' houses on the base, but did not employ airmen.
