strength and conditioning is important bago ka sumabak sa bundok. Nung varsity years ko part ng training namin pagtakbo sa bundok at hiking sa masusukal n kagubatan sa mt. province. Need mo talaga nasa kundisyon para di ka liability sa group mo.

Halos taon din ako nanirahan sa bundok.. naranasan ko muna maka survive ilang buwan.. naranasan ko mag hanap ng makakain, sa gubat mag pa apoy kahit walang posporo o lighter.. nung mag simula ako sa mountaineering activity parang napaka basic na lang sakin ngayon hindi sa pag yayabang.. maganda ma experience nyo muna manirahan sa gubat o bundok

No health station in the mountain. No climber allow unless a map marker was establish. Start marker in low land 01 02 03 and so on the mountain going up the marker going up too. This is good guide than nothing. Rescue alert cell phone number is printed to the marker. Safety first.
