USAF Thunderbirds meet the Red Arrows at the Quebec Airshow. Snowbirds and Blue Angels also there. Various aerobatic displays, and obviously the Reds kick arse. Men yee-haah, ladies weep.
What i love the most about this is how EVERY aerobatic team respected and complimented each other team. They never said anything negative and where the first to welcome them back down after their routine. This is why I love the US and Canada. Sincerely, Britain.
Absolutely! I love how our guys from the T-Birds and the Blues watch the Snowbirds and the Red Arrows in awe and the mutual respect and admiration and comradeship they have with their fellow allied pilots. So wonderful to see.
We are Great Britain, a small country with immense power and skill, considering our relatively small population size, we are incredible at many things... Proud of these boys!
@@void6320 Sounds like an inferiority complex to me. Both teams have exceptional skill, just look at how their American counterparts reacted. Go away troll!
Great to see the Camaraderie with our brothers from across the pond! That had to feel great for the arrows to be welcomed and respected by the T-birds, very cool! 👍🏻
Lans Quenet No they don't Mister! You're the moron, and it's aerobatic not acrobatic. Stop making a fool of yourself! No. Wait a minute. You keep doing that!
it depends every year on the results obtained during the performances .... historically the best patrols have been the Italian Frecce Tricolori, the british Red Arrows, the american Thunderbirds and Blue Angels
@@Gabneo1 Sorry the Italians have a demonstration team?!?! They are better than the UK/USA LOOOOL> ohh wait you meant patrols not stunt performances or war- then nvm you don’t even count. xD
Saw them from the flight line at RAF Cottesmore (back when JFH was still there) when they were practicing for their upcoming season. My wife and I were mightily impressed at being able to see them from an unusually close angle, as were the rest of the station. And the backdrop to the final evening display here in this video was particularly fine. Well done, as usual!
R.I.P Jon Egging (red 4) one of the best pilots in the world. Him and the rest of the arrows are the one thing that makes me proud to be british. My heart goes out to the family and friends. I hope they can see all the joy he gave to everyone.
I've seen the Red Arrows every year I can remember over the last forty years, sometimes two or three times a year. For me, the concept of being a genuine British hero is a Red Arrows pilot. Utterly professional, yet humble, amusung. Listen to the best of the rest make excuses... Whatever they cost per annum is well worth the expense. It'd be lost in a crease in the NHS or education etc, spend it where it can be seen by the world and our kids so they can see what being THE BEST is all about.
I live outside the RAF base where they are stationed permanently and have seen the heart formation displayed on this video, right from my backyard. It is an honour to have them.
sada asdafa Agreed, they are airmen whatever there nationally thy know the danger up there, in display most fly by the seat of there pants, it's by visual contact so trust is paramount they are very brave men, but last to admit it !
It takes an expert to recognize an expert. The American pilots demonstrated they were confident and assured in themselves enough to show respect for the Red Arrows. True strength .
Kate Leach Respect to the American Air Force, to stand there and applaud the Red Arrows shows incredible appreciation for fellow flying officers, great respect to you, and the American Air force, P.S if you need a hand give us a shout, we're across the pond, god bless
It’s nice to see the pilots from around the world congratulating each other on their flying , It’s a shame the same cannot be said about the comment section , Some people’s comment like they are fully qualified aerobatic pilots ,why can’t you just watch the video and leave a nice comment instead of saying negative and provocative things , I’m English by the way, and will always support all our allies,no matter what country they are from ,
So sad due to their recent history.... long live the REDS ... Big up to the pilots...past/ present and fallen and the ground crew!!! in my eyes the best !!!
Red Arrows, Thunderbirds, Blue Angels, Frecce Tricolori.....it doesn't matter, everyone of these pilots is skilled in what they do. We all have our favourites....I like and respect them all.
You cannot beat the laid back professionalism of the red arrows. Remember they have come from the front line on fast jets. I worked with pilots for 7 years on the harrier OCU and I know how they think. A cracker gang of people.
@mkopp88 So nice to see someone talking sense when people try to compare the Angels/ Thunderbirds & Arrows... personally I'd put all of them in Hawks & see how good the displays are!
After watching all of the teams from all of the countries I want to see them all join forces and perform the one routine all at the same time. That would be impressive....
Makes me proud to be English. Even thou we English no longer can make fighter planes or commercial planes etc we're still able to produce excellent pilots.
Good point. I didn't think of that. To be honest, although I know what fly-by-wire means and basically how it works, I don't fully grasp exactly how it provides an advantage in various circumstances. I always thought it just compensated for the aircraft's lack of aerodynamic stablity that has been sacrificed for performance. Flew the new Super Hornet simulator at RAAF Amberley (Australia) a while back. Very easy to just fly (putting aside combat operation demands).
@SlaughteredInside he was the Canadian pilot dude!!! Same colour uniform that's all, lesson 101 (pay attention) Red Arrows are the best in the world at what they do! and that's why they got the night slot - just to clear that up as well
Always an arguable point usually laced with patriotism. I am very British but I think the Blue Angels have the edge. Probably nothing to do with pilot ability; more to do with policy regarding approval of sequences, close proximity policy etc. Always think that video of the 'angels' with the background music 'Dreams' from 'Van Halen'.
I also saw both displays.. Angels are flying Ferrari's , Arrows are flying Ford Fiesta .. You are comparing apple with orange.. Its always easier to fly tight formations with subsonic planes.. Both teams are good in their own right but here we have again the famous British arrogance ..
بيسمي لله ءراحمان ءراحيم Team 1 very condiciones, team followed order very well, they have split into 2 and 4 of 3 members good, second teams should listen more to communication as they had to secure the ball in the middle, they were moving to fast, apart from that it was very well excuted, entry was done to regulations, both teams have checked the peremmitter before engaging entry, The dark blue was quick to fire on the left as he entered, left team followed very fast and secured up stairs, the dark blue was aware of the top level awareness 100% on point, on the way to kitchen he fired again from the broom room, again surprised and managed to open before the yours, open the back door for wright team and made way to the end room where the purple was held, or blue took his time and managed to locate an empty range and open 4 2 each leg of both of the ones helding the purple. 25min op time disabling 12.min that makes 13min of distancing on foot not bad at all very fast, dark blue team on red A^v 6months. Let see team 2 enshallah. و صلاتو و سلام علا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وبارك عليه بي سلالم
@gamblemadman You'll fiind most of em are Gentleman, The only pricks are the little trolls on youtube who give it the '' My countrys better than yours '' Bullshit.. These trolls are not equall to the dirt on these pilots ( Usa, Uk Canada wherever ) Boots... Everyone should just watch the awesome shows these guys put on
it depends every year on the results obtained during the performances .... historically the best patrols have been the Italian Frecce Tricolori, the British Red Arrows, the American Thunderbirds and Blue Angels
