EFF leader Julius Malema delivered a keynote speech at the party's Tshela Thupa rally at a packed Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane. Malema spoke about the plans the party will implement when it takes over after the May 29 elections.

The future president of the nation has spoken, it is now time for South Africans to speak him into power through their votes. This should be broadcast openly and in full, on the national television channels. This is the magic that everyone has been praying for and cannot be downplayed because of political differences. I am a Zimbabwean staying in South Africa and it melts my heart to hear this, the man and the EFF as a whole has a very clear vision of where they want the country to be in the future and have the blueprint to make this a reality.
