As of March 12th, 360 degree video playback is supported on Android devices and the Chrome desktop browser. RU-vid tells us that they will soon support more browsers and platforms.

Yes with wondershare AllMyTube, it'll download. The video is a wraparound 360 degree video file. So basically super ultra wide screen. Software on the browser makes a nice interface for it

incredible... this is the future - just need the picture quality to match the bitrate.. 1080P doesn't look all that good.. I didn't realise I could move around when the video started playing and then when I did I lost my shit... amazing!

This is so cool! They should film racing events like this. With an onboard 360 camera and the standard exterior ones. And you should have an option on your tv to switch cameras. Seems like sci-fi now, chosable cameras on tv, but in a few years time...

you need to give us an option to invert the camera movement, on a touchscreen it makes sense to push the scene around, but with a mouse it's more natural to look where you move the mouse to

I have a Samsung galaxy s4 with android 4.4.2. All I get on my device is a big black and grey circle shooting upward. I can still move around by tilting the device, but aside from that the video isn't displaying correctly. Is it the version of android I have? Seems to work find on android lollipop.

Nice?! It's better than "Nice", *****! Did you watch on a phone or PC? If on a phone with Android 4.4+, spin your chair while watching... Check out the channel's other videos, they're in 360° also. I need *all* RU-vid videos to be in 360°, *NOW*!
