But its not because you have wings that you can fly. Redbull schould've given the people fake wings after they got sued. They could've given one pair of wings with each pack of redbull.
Well the guy in this video is not the actual guy that sued them, and I don't know why he would be stupid, he won the case, and they have to pay over 13 million dollars. If anyone's stupid here, it seems to be you.
I never said the actor was the real guy. Why do you think Ellen is making fun of him, if she didn't think he was stupid? You need to read the article before you comment. He's stupid and greedy. If you drink an energy drink for 12 years obviously it would have no effect. The 13 million is nothing to red bull, it's more so a positive since it promotes their product. The option you get is $10 money back or $15 worth of red bull.
SunnyAegyoify3 bullshit you drank red bull and u tried to fly because of FALSE ADVERTISING and red bull didn't say it was fake in the ad and besides if u tried to fly and broke your entire body you can't sue them?
In Canada the redbull ads have a disclaimer on them saying it doesn't really give you wings. I assumed it came from Americans suing everyone so that isn't on the American ads?
Nice skit. But for everyone wondering if the lawsuit is real, it indeed is. But it's not as ridiculous as it sounds. As it happens, the people behind the suit took the tagline of the company to mean that Redbull has more caffeine than other regular sodas in the market, thus giving you metaphorical 'wings'. But when they found out that it doesn't and it is just soda masquerading as a caffeinated drink, they sued.
the sad thing about it is that its not the only case. people that sue microwave companies because someone put their hamster init for it to dry quicker and then surprisingly find it dead are not really helping for this society we live in.
when that with red bull happened they temporarily changed the slogan here. Normally in German it is : "Red Bull verleiht dir Flüüügel"; They changed it to : "Red Bull beflügelt den Verstand" (so much as : Red bull gives you Wings; changed it to: Red Bull gives Wings to your mind")
Actually the guy actually the guy sued because “Red Bull gives you wings” implies that it gives you a lot of energy and that it actually has less caffeine than coffee.
