Sir Rob and Elliot still showing the world how commentary should be done. ❤❤❤ Downhill is dying with the way it's being run😢😢😢 but Hardline shows what is possible. The camaraderie between the riders was as good as the racing.
What's annoying is that Red Bull and Rob already have a winning formula, all UCI needs to do is follow the template, but they're completely disconnected from their fan base. Plus they've completely ignored North and South America, and a huge disservice to the sport. They have young, exciting riders like Jackson to promote, but somehow they're messing it all up.
So smooth from Ronan, looks as quick as Pierron at his best. Hope Jackson is going to be ok for the upcoming season. Amazing racing and superb track, wish they were all like this!
Sick, so stoked for Ronnan, well deserved, props to all the other riders, hope Booker and Jackson aren't anything more than a bit sore and bummed. Super props to Geez Louise for getting back up not once, but twice, especially after that 2nd scorpion and hitting those last massive jumps.
Fantastic job from the TV crew! Lots of PTZ cameras, multiple drone sections... So good! This was a very long track with lots of blind spots and you guys covered everything and transmitted all the excitement of the race. This is very hard to do. Congrats on the awesome job.
Dunne did it with an absolutely flying run after drinking 5 Red Bull !!! Iconic Red Bull Hardline is never a disappointment everything is perfect from TV Broadcasting to Commentary to Track builders to great Riders and all the other cool stuff around the Event, simply bloody brilliant !!!! Thank you for the show
Amazing coverage team!! 265k views in less than 24 hours, maybe our state government will look outside the square when funding events in the future to promote our beautiful state. The benefits from this event are huge. Millions will watch this around the globe.
Great work with the commentary, it was nice to have the perspective from Tahnee having ridden the course, would love to see more commentary from her for sure. Some incredible riding also, great to watch Ronan's speed was amazing, a well deserved win, i dunno about promoting 5 redbulls a run though lol
@@martinhaba4339 dont get me wrong, i have way too much redbull myself, but 5 cans is next level, even they say dont do that 😂 This really was an awesome event though, refreshing to see a new course for something different. Surely they will do a NZ course some time in the future? 😬
Epic event! Was worth the mountain scramble to view the riders haha. Was great having Tahnee on the mic also, was a good mix. Drove 3.5hrs from the course to get home to watch the replay haha
That one cameraman who loved to zoom into the dirt instead of the rider every time made me laugh. He really loved that corner & wanted us all to appreciate it as much as him.
Great comp, and great footage (the drone through the tree section looks soooo fast) and commentary, thanks Red Bull Bike. Can't wait for Rotorua slope style, bring it on.
This was amazing! Bernard called it, sub 3.10 for the win. But anyway ,so many amazing stories throughout the week. Stoked for everyone who made it down. Props to Ronan for the win but mostly a massive thank you to everyone involved in this event. it was truly great!
OK, Red Bull, I don't think you can delay it any longer, Ronnan needs his Red Bull Lid and sponsorship, if he isn't a great ambassador for your brand, don't know who is.
One of the many reasons I love Red Bull events so much is not just the scale of extreme sports included within its realm, but the whole experience for the spectator is brought to us larger than life with in the moment commentary from the best people in the industry, the same attention to detail is also excersized by the film crews who capture the exhilaration with ease.
Loving seeing Rob & Elliot commentating on the event! Seriously, these guys make watching mountain biking events on tv so enjoyable! Best two commentators in the world of mountain biking👌🏻
This was awesome - the riding, the coverage, the commentary. Just proves once again how much the UCI/Discovery have ruined downhill. RedBull - the MVP of bikes.
Would have been very happy for Thanee to race herself but really enjoyed having her as a comentator too :) Gives some perspective from an actual rider!
Amazing! Imagine, if you let fans watch the event, have great camera coverage, and incredible commentators, people enjoy watching! ...Looking at you, UCI! Kudos to everyone that made this event possible!
Ooohhh boy! Did this event deliver! From all the hype, all the vlogs from riders throughout the week. I expected a lot from the race. And then it came. And boy did it deliver! What a race! W H A T A R A C E ! I didn't watch it live and had to avoid all the news until last night. But still had a feeling Bernard didn't manage to do it and I was just a tad sore about it. But seeing all this I'm well happy for Ronan to pull this off! What a ride that was. Total legend this lad! Mad respect for all the free riders and slope style oriented riders to tackle the rock gardens like they did. Mad, mad respect! And obviously mad respect to all the DH racers for conquering all the jumps, gaps, shark fins and drops. I hope I one day get to see Hardline live in Wales!
THROW THE GOGGLES! Biggest surprise: no F-bombs from Ronan at all during the interviews!!!???! how did he keep em in? +1 for Ronan drinking outta his shoe! Oh BK, so close.....them dusty berms gotcha And, so great to see the dynamic duo of Elliot and Rob back for more incomparable color commentaries....cheers!
Louise-Anna Ferguson in my opinion was hands down the rider of the day- 2 proper crashes and still kept the mental capacity to hit the biggest features on the toughest course in the world. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Louise crashes hard at 29:20 right in front of 3 young girls. She then proceeds to get up, get on her bike and nail the biggest jumps on the course. Those three girls will NEVER forget that! Freaking amazing stuff!!!!
