Thank you so much for promoting obtaining a ham radio license for the legal use of higher power fpv transmitters. Ham radio is a diverse hobby in itself. Ham radio is also used in STEM.

I’ve had one of those carbon cubs for years now, took out all the gyros stuff after Learnng to fly on it, they’re really robust and handle great! 10/10

Amazing. That was awesome. Definitely a big challenge but you did very well. Definitely a short take out and landing aircraft could do it but you all did it with regular what looks to be carbon cubs. Looks pretty hard to do with the flight speeds even coasting. I'm blown away by the skills that you all have. Fully impressed.

I think you guys need an old car axle concreted in, with a frame & 'carrier deck' bolted on top, free to turn into wind by 'rudder' vanes underneath the stern, & 3 elastic 'arrestor-gear wires' strung across. - "Hook down, gear down, 'Whoomp!" : )

I think the new UMX Turbo Timber Evolution, with the flaps and slats, would be a good plane to try this stunt. The Simple Storch with flaps and slats would likely fly slow enough to pull this off as well. Even without flaps and slats, it'll slow down remarkably. And I love seeing the collaboration with Horizon.

There are several FT planes that would easily meet that challenge. The Nutball and the FT Flyer could easily do it. I used to land my slightly modified BushWacker in a plane length with no wind. It had a slightly greater wing chord and some massive soft tires.

I thought of an idea for a video. A build off between a few people where the goal is to use the most switches on the radio. I think some creative uses along side the usual payload drops would be aot of fun. We all love flipping switches lol. Think outside the box stuff like a biplane that ejects a wing or drop the tail to become a flying wing with the cg moving on a rail to compensate.

I seen the notification for the red bull stunt, but didn't watch it. Stal aircraft being impressive with their abilities to takeoff and land on short spaces I was pretty sure they pulled it off. What I wanna see is your star wars speeder/ hovercraft, getting more forward thrust and steering veins in the thrust cowlings. I think you should consider the steering veins in the forward thrust cowlings, because you'll benefit from better maneuvering and still remain visually consistent with the outward appearance of the original speeder. I really enjoyed watching how far you've come so far.

Definitely would like to see this tried with the E-flite Draco, since it’s modeled after the full- scale STOL aircraft. The prop spinning off the Carbon Cub was HILARIOUS! 😂 Definitely like to see more collusion with Horizon Hobby. 😢 Tom Lapointe
