I was a goalkeeper, and someone pelted it as hard as they could and I didn't know they were shooting. Tried saving it but my wrist was in an awkward position and once it hit, I snapped a small bone inside and had to wear a cast for 8 weeks too :/ it sucks man haha
Bro I play academy football and I just got off a 4 week injury and after 2 weeks I go and do my hipflexer in. It sucks but you just got to keep a positive mindset and bounce back
I hate injuries so much, I’m a defensive midfielder, if the formation fits, and one time I had strained my hamstring in training, still went out and played the 90 minutes and made some very nice challenges but damn if I couldn’t walk when I got home
