Chicken 1250 gms
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Everest chicken masala 1 tsp
Dried fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Curd 1 cup
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Mint leaves 2 tbsp
Green chillies 4
Curry leaves 4-5
Vinegar 1/4 cup
Lemon 2
Cream 1/2 cup

@@juvali1205 walaikum assalam sis, hope you're doing fine too.. I just used the measurements that were provided in the video and adjusted the curd according to as much gravy as I wanted, hope that helps .. for dry fruits, I used 1 handful 2 handful just as shown in the video..

@@juvali1205 no 1 handful as in Urdu ki ek mutthi.. more or less dry fruits won't make much difference in the taste, don't worry And yes the taste was like shadi ka red chicken 👍🏻

Assalamaliakum... Kaise hain aap?? Ye recipe maine try bahut Zabardast hai mgr iske dry fruits ke quantity merko kam karna hai.. Matlab pista kaju badam chirongi yahan kheshkhesh nahi milti....
