Red curry | Easy Lunch & Dinner Ideas
Ingredients:
Red curry paste 3 tablespoons
Salt
2 green chilies
5-6 green beans
2 tablespoons olive oil
200ml coconut milk
1/2 cup water
150 g diced chicken
100 g prawns
Add 2 tablespoons of red curry paste into a pan and add olive oil. Sauté them for 2 minutes. Then add 100ml coconut milk and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add beans, chillie , chicken and prawns. Add 1/2 cup of water and let them simmer for 15 minutes.
15 minutes later add salt and 100 ml coconut milk. Close the lid and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Red curry ready with in 30 minutes. Serve with rice.
